Why does my item take a few days to ship?
Each item is made just for you when you place your order. We don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves — your piece is created on demand, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide range of designs.

Why does the fabric feel a little different from a typical tee shirt?
Many of our shirts are printed on premium garment dyed Comfort Colors® tees. Because of the unique dying process and custom printing, the fabric and print may feel slightly firmer when first received.

After the first wash, they typically soften significantly and become even more comfortable to wear.

How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order. (Or the separate menu that has the sizing guides.)

If you’re between sizes or unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Not sure what size to order?

The easiest way to choose is to lay your favorite-fitting T-shirt flat and compare it to the measurements below. Because there isn't a universal sizing standard across clothing brands, this is the most accurate way to find your best fit.

Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to guarantee fit after purchase — so taking a moment to check sizing can make all the difference 🤍


🧺 Care Instructions

How should I wash my shirt?
For best results, wash inside out in cold water with like colors.

Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly over the printed design.

Comfort Colors® garments are garment-dyed, so a little natural variation is part of their soft, lived-in feel.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right (see below).

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry when this happens — and we’ll take care of it.

Please email us at talktomama@mymamasaid.com within a few days of receiving your order and include:

  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with our production partner to offer either:

👉 Or a refund

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders very quickly (often the same day).

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to help.

Because items may already be in production, changes are not guaranteed — but we’ll always try to find the best solution for you.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically follow this timeline:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

During busy seasons (like holidays), production times may extend up to 7 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

We’ve chosen to keep things simple and consistent — and to pass that value directly to you.
